Hi, I’m Anne Tana, a certified yoga instructor from Arunachal Pradesh, a beautiful state in northeastern India nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. I offer Hatha Yoga Classes conducted in English, here you’ll experience a harmonious blend of gentle yoga postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation.
